FOLLOW A TASK!
There's a new way of keeping up with a task in Maintenance Care and its super easy! Right-click on any task, and select 'Follow Task' and you will receive email updates every time someone makes changes to the task! When you choose to follow a task, a small flag icon will appear on the task row for you to see. It's specific to your profile, so you will be the only user receiving email updates for the task unless another user chooses the same task to follow and unlimited amount of users can follow the same task. It's a great way to keep up to date with those items on the list that require your constant monitoring.

Date Format
Maintenance Care has now streamlined the way you can view the dates within your profile. By accessing your User Account settings, you can now change to your preferred date format, quick and easy.
Right-Click Menu
One of Maintenance Care's best kept secret is the Right-Click Menu. Next time you are on the Task List, try it and see how much faster you can get to Attach a Document or Assign a Task directly from the list without opening the Task Details. It might save you some time.
